Make best coffee ever.?
I am new to this coffee thing, and we got a coffee maker at home at last. What are y’alls secrets to the best coffee ever?
Peets is the darkest major coffee roaster, starbucks follows behind (we vary our roasting per bean), both are easy to find. I recommend using a gold metal filter as paper filters absorb the coffee oils and effect taste.
1: Freshly grind your beans before each use.
2: Using clean (preferably filtered) cold water.
3: Use 2 tablespoons for every six ounces of coffee you will brew.
4: Keep your coffee no longer then 1 hour, (most fine coffee shops dump coffee every 20-30 mins)
